Its a Wrap

Jan 17, originally uploaded by Trish Nonaka.
The GPP Street Team: Crusade No 47 was to create something using leftover wrapping, trim, cards, etc from the holidays. Since I got started a bit late on this one, I didn't have anything left from the holidays. All my cards, pictures, and letters are ready to go in to my yearly handmade Christmas book but aren't attached yet. So I grabbed a couple of my favorites and just made copies of them to add to my journal.
Visit to read Michelle's explanation of "Evidence " journaling. I think MANY of my pages are evidence pages because I love to incorporate "leftovers" from daily life as tiny reminders of things that I've done or read, experienced, etc.

The trees are from a card my Aunty C. made. Every year she hand crafts the loveliest cards for all of us. Each one is such a treasure to me.

  1. Trish - thanks for coming to play!! Welcome to the team. Terrific interpretation and clever idea to color copy items to put in your journal. Great signs of Christmas, especially love the postage. AND OMG, a bible quote with *evidence*? You rock girl!!

  5. What a romantic spread this is, at least I think so. Very nice, thanks for sharing. It's a lot about "evidence" all journaling, I agree.

  8. Visiting all the crusaders and fabulous pages... Love the mix and two colors contrasting where it's greenish on the left and redish on the right.
