On the left is how I used to record patterns. I found it wasn't working for me though so I switched to some small red moleskine journals for patterns. I enter them alphabetically and have numerous patterns on one page. I will have to upload some to share at some point.
On the right I am playing with a fave color combo which I usually do not do with tangle pages but every once in awhile....
